Fireside Book Clubs
Join us at the Belleville Public Library for one of our Monthly Book Clubs. Sessions are offered on the third Tuesday of each month from 1:30pm to 2:30pm and the last Monday of each month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Meetings take place at the fireplace on the main floor of the library and session will be of interest to readers of all ages and backgrounds. The Write Way is an innovative forum for writers to network and discuss their work with other writers. The meetings will take place the third Monday of each month running year round. If you are a new, local or established writer we welcome you to participate in our Evening Author Series. This will be a great opportunity to discuss and promote your work. Art Gallery Programs The art galleries play host to many interesting and educational exhibits for you to enjoy free of charge. So come in to explore, enjoy and discover a whole new world here in Belleville!
Computer Lessons The Information Services Department is pleased to offer FREE Computer Lessons for beginners. These will be single session lessons covering one topic. Classes are one hour. Pre-registration is required for all classes and enrolment is limited. For information on times or to register please contact Information Services on the second floor of the library or call 613-698-6731 Ext. 2237. Priority will be given to those who have not previously taken the classes. Online registration is not available at this time.
Genealogy If you need help finding that elusive relative be sure to stop by the information services desk. Our knowledgeable staff will be glad to help you locate the proper resources for your genealogy research. Other Events
Occasionally the Library and Art Gallery will present other events of interest such as author talks, C.D. launches, concerts, workshops and more. Be sure to check regularly to find out about upcoming events.
