A Belleville Public Library card is available free of charge for Belleville residents and City taxpayers. Regular Internet users who live outside the Belleville City limits may obtain an Internet Use Only library card free of charge. Please come to Circulation Services Desk to apply for these two cards. Others may ask a the Readers' Advisory Desk at the first floor for a Guest Pass for one-time use. Identification with current address and photo is required for ALL cards and passes.

How to use Free Internet Computers Please sign up through PC reservation computer located near Reader's Advisory Desk at the 1st floor with your valid library card. You can have one hour - one session per day.

Computers for typingIf you need a computer for typing, please come to Information Services Desk at the 2nd floor. There are four computers available for Microsoft Word, and you don't need to sign up to use these computers.

Wireless Internet ServiceThe library offers wireless Internet access. If your laptop has a wireless network card, just bring it in and enjoy surfing the Internet everywhere in the library.
