For Residents of Belleville & Quinte West |
You can obtain a free membership card by presenting valid identification,which shows your name and Belleville/Quinte West address. Children up to the beginning of grade 7 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign.
If you are not a resident but pay property taxes in Belleville/Quinte West, a free membership is available upon presentation of proof of tax payment.
Non-residents can obtain a membership of 12 months for $50.00 or 3 months for $15.00.
Your library card must be presented each time you wish to borrow materials, and should be used only by the person to whom it is issued, as you are responsible for borrowing done with your card. Worn cards will be replaced at no charge at the discretion of the library. Registration is updated annually and any outstanding charges must be paid at that time. Please contact the Library immediately if you lose your card, so that others may not use it illegally. Please also notify the Library of changes of addresses. Replacements for lost or damaged cards are $3.00. |
