The system will telephone you when your holds become available, and to report overdue items.
You may call in to check for holds that are ready for pickup, and to renew items.
You may choose to listen to lists of titles that you have on loan or on hold, and to cancel holds. You may also choose to record your own name.

Note: You can customize your PIN on our website by going to your Profile under the My Account tab and creating a new 4-digit PIN, or you can ask Library staff to change your PIN by calling 613-968-6731 ext 2231.

When can I expect a call? The system calls up to 3 times per day for two days, between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday.
How does it work? When the phone is answered, the automated message will start; please follow the prompts. If the system reaches an answering machine or voicemail, it will leave a message.
