When Can I expect a call?TeleCirc calls after 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday.

How does it work? When the phone is answered, TeleCirc says This is the TeleCirc library calling, please press 1 to continue.
If the call is received by an answering machine, or if you wait and do not press 1, TeleCirc leaves a voice message, repeating the message three times.

When you receive the message, you may use the Dial-In phone number ( 613-968-4708) , or call your library ( 613-968-6731) for more information. For patrons with call display, the dial-out number is 613-968-4032.
